How are rubber soles or rubber heels manufactured ?

All raw materials, i.e. the synthetic and natural rubbers, the filling materials, the plasticizers and the chemicals are purchased on specification.  According to the wishes of our customers, these raw materials are transformed in an internal mixing machine into a homogeneous mixture.

Subsequently, this substance is mixed between flatting rollers and cooled down from 120°C to approximately 60°C.  The heels and soles are premoulded in a fully automatic extrusion plant. 

In turn, these heels and sools are injected or compressed in the desired shape.  After having passed the necessary examinations, they are roughened and edged and so, ready to be packed.
